Breaking free and breaking forth

Today I went to church. For some reason I had a Great desire to not be there. As we wait for  service to start I noticed how cold it was.  To pass time I sat on the sofa reading the book of Jeremiah.  My feet felt as thou I had no socks or shoes on. I was so sleepy and cold I could barely keep my eyes open.  I looked around the walls and all the televisions were fixed on these 2 words break free. I thought nothing about it until I was able to sit down inside the service.  As I sat there the word break free came into my mind and thoughts. I wanted to break free from all the negative thoughts which I have each time I enter church. I know that the church is more than just a building because we as mankind cannot build a house to contain God. However his word says that we are to gather in his name. By gathering together we get a close encounter with Christ and the word of God. Church is suppose to inspire us to continue in his word. The bible says " if 2 or more are gathered in his name so also is he. This 1 sentence is the only thing which kept me from not leaving.  

Maybe I'm crazy but church as a child was about the word of God being taught to all people and language. Lately I feel as thou I need to read for myself because listening to the pastor will not teach me the word. If I was someone who was unable to read and write I would be very lost. The bible has 66 chapters but week after week and pastor after pastor all I hear is the sermon of Paul. I have to ask " is the bible only about paul. I once studied with Jehovah's witnesses and we only read from the watchtower. So here again my learning is being controlled. So I stopped my studies with them and years later tried the Mormons. I had to let that go simple because I was totally lost on their bible which contained names and chapters that I had never heard of. Many many years ago I went to a catholic school!! I remember the statue of Mary on the wall and us saying the hail Mary. I am thankful that those years did not last long. I know that the bible says " we should not have statues or anything that pertains to heaven or earth or the sea below. Exodus 20:4 thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under  the earth.

So how do I break free and what am I breaking free from? Breaking free for me means breaking free  from the grips of worry and insecurities, and everything which separates us from God. Worrying about what others have to say or think. I cannot control other people's thoughts. Nor can I control what they choose to say, but I know today I felt good about life. Understanding that being well dressed should not make me feel better or being dressed in rags should not cause me to feel less than human. I know that people whether in church or on the street judge each other based on our outward appearance. People gossip, giggle and talk. Yet the bible says for us to not gossip.Romans 1:29  Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, 

murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. I wanted to break free from all the years I allowed fear and sin to rule or have control of my life. I was so busy talking about Satan and his capabilities that I did not realize how much power I kept giving him. I had to realize that instead of focusing my thoughts on Satan I had to focus on God and what God can do and what God has done. Satan tries to keep us down and he works through people. People entice each other through their misery loving company routine, they  also entice through their lies which others seek to listen to and believe. I know that worrying, insecurities, lies and all those things which Satan hovers over us is not from God. Today I am letting everyone know that I use to be afraid of talking my dreams into existence. I did not want Satan to hear and forfeit my dreams. How freaking dumb of me. I was more afraid of the devil than of God. God is the only one who can forfeit my dreams, and my life. As people we tend to think we know others when we don't even know our own self. So often I have passed judgement on others and get very upset when others do the same thing. I have found myself being a self righteous Pharisee.  I am breaking free of passing judgement on others and being a self righteous Pharisee. 

Mathew7:2 for in the same way you judge others you will be judged and in the same measure you use it will be measured to you. Luke 18:11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed; God, I thank you that I am not like other people, robbers, evil doers, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. The bible does tell us that Jesus committed no sin. So it is possible for us as people to not live in sin. John 8:3-11 And the scribes and Pharisees bought unto him a woman taken into adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, they say unto him, Master, this woman was taken into adultery, in the very act. Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou? This they said, tempting him, that they might have an accusation to accuse him. But Jesus stopped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, he that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone. And again he stooped down and wrote on the ground, and they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said, no man ,Lord. And Jesus said unto her, neither do I condemn thee: go and sin no more. John 5:14 and after that, Jesus found him in the temple, and said unto him, behold, thou art made whole; sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

So breaking free from the bondage of sin is not anything we alone can do,  Hebrews 4:12 but the word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword piercing even to the dividing usunder of soul and spirit  and of the joints and marrow and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. We need to read on a continuous basis and stay in constant prayer  because that is our key to breaking free. So it is possible to break free from every thing that Satan uses to hold us back. John 10:10  Jesus said, I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly. John 14:27 He also said, my peace I give you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid.

I Said A Prayer

I went to see the judge. I could not see his face so I just expressed to him how I felt. I opened my heart and let the words spill from my mouth. I was so distraught that I had tears falling down my face. I told him all of my concerns and worries. I said you know " I was told that you were the highest judge in the land. I was also told that you are better than the Supreme Court I  also said " judge, " I do not and cannot afford a lawyer; he said, " don't worry because one has been provided free for you . I must warn you, you need to go through him before you can see me. He is the counselor who will listen to your case, present it to me and we will determine the outcome. Also you cannot lie about anything because I do not listen to liars and I hate liars. I know those who tell the truth and those who lie. 

I said; but judge I have many adversaries who hate me and wrongfully accuse me and I am at a loss for words and what to do. I have no one else who will take my case nor do I have anyone who is on my side. The judge basically told me, my child" I have seen your trials and I am aware of your situation. Do not worry yourself because my son who is your counselor paid the cost of this trial long before the foundation of this world. Your adversity can do no more than I allow him, if only you would believe in me. I am God, the living God, you cannot hide from me, I hear you and those who call on me with an honest heart I hear. I will advocate for you when no one else can, I will save you when every one else has given up on you, when hope seems lost, allow me to be your hope, I am the light that shines through the darkness, I am he who sees all things and knows all things. Never Underestimate  My Love For You.

Jesus take the wheel.

Before the creation of this world we were called. We were called at birth and we are called at death. God also calls us during our lifetime to salvation. Many run and refuse to hear his voice but many people also listen and return to him. Just look at it this way; who is at the wheel driving when you cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel, when all hope is lost, when there is no one else to turn to, when you don't see your tomorrow, when you are so far out on a limb and all you want to do is fall, when no one else understands or seem to care. Is it God or Satan that drives you? (there is no in between) who do we allow to take the wheel? If we allow Jesus then all is not lost, but if we allow Satan to take the wheel, where exactly are we going? We end up on a road which leads to destruction of our life, family and friends.

There is no time to harbor hate, envy or jealousy because no one is promised tomorrow. Those things only lead to more pain which is harmful to us inwardly and outwardly. Sometimes we have pain that no doctor can heal but Jesus can. There's no time to quit or give up because God created us to be strong. When we come to a place in life and we can't seem to go on and don't have the strength to fight, just let God fight for you. We cannot do it by ourselves and if we allow Christ to fight our battles we will never loose because there is no power greater than him, there is no storm that he cannot calm, there is no battle that he cannot win, there is no disease that he cannot heal, there is no heart that he cannot mend, and there is no life that he cannot save. I say these words because they are true " I once was lost but now I am found, I once was blind but now I see.

Some people comprehend a little better than others but none of us can truly comprehend the love that Jesus has for us. It is taller than the sky, deeper than the ocean and wider than this universe

A man named Job

The bible tells us that job was a man who lived in the land of Uz. He was rich in his day and had no need of anything. Job prayed and thanked God daily. He had a great commitment to Worshipping God and he also had tremendous faith.   Job is my inspiration for acquiring faith. Job lost all of his children, his animals and all of his wealth in one day. The bible says that Satan went before God in regards to job and God gave him permission to do to job whatever he wanted to do, so he gave him boils from the top of his head to the sole of his feet. In the loss of his children and all of his wealth job never stopped believing in God.  In the book of Job, Jobs wife says to him 2: 9 dost thou still retain thine integrity? Curse God and die. But Job says to his wife, what? Shall we receive  good at the hand of God, and not receive evil. Just keep in mind that the Lord did not do these things to Job but it was Satan who did this.I have personally met people who say that they no longer believe because of situations that arose in their lives. When I encounter something which seems too big to handle I revert to Job the man who never lost faith and received more blessings in the end than at his beginning. 

In my younger days of reading the bible I wondered if I could ever have job's faith. I knew that I wanted to have the faith of those people in the bible.  I wondered if things just happened or do we pray if we want things to change. So years down the road I had a problem, I don't quite remember what kind of problem it was, but my circumstance remained the same for awhile. I finally prayed and my circumstances changed. Instead of praising God I wondered again; did this situation change because I prayed? or if I had not prayed would this have been the outcome. I realized that I had been waiting for awhile and nothing changed until I prayed. So I learned to thank God and stop wondering and start believing. I suppose when I was younger I was having my battles as to whether God really answer prayers. I remember while I was in my teens I was reading and praying a lot and actually looking to the sky and asking myself " is there really a God? I also know that  while I was growing up I was always taught to pray for my meals. Well, here I am at McDonald's with some friends from school and was embarrassed to pray for my meal. I actually looked around to see if any one was looking because I did not want others to think I was crazy because I am talking to the air or wind. That incident made me realize that if I am going to pray and believe in a God who I have never seen, and some people do not believe in, I must believe in him always regardless of who I am around. It was years later when I read  in Mathew 10:33 whosoever shall deny me before men, him I will  also deny before my father which is in heaven.

After September 11, 2011 and the housing market crash I noticed that a lot of people were  committing suicides.  My only wish was that I was their to talk to that person and let them know about Gods grace and mercy.   If only they had learned to rely on the Lord.  There are times in life when we   Become overwhelmed with our problems and issues. Some people have financial problems, some have marital problems, mental issues, weight issues, family problems. I could go on and on but my point is this. For every problem there is a solution and my God is bigger than any problem that we can ever encounter. Problems, hurt and pain do not last forever. 

Malachi 3:7 says" return to me and I will return to you.  We spend a lot of time stressing about situations that we are not able to change, (not by our self anyway). If we took the time to ask God to intervene in our lives and not give up hope we would have a solution.  In my journey on this earth I have had roadblocks, some twist and turns. Life has not always been easy but it has not always been bad either. I know that my belief in the Almighty has kept me from loosing my sanity and giving up. When we run out of options and have tried every thing else then the next best thing is to try God.  He has changed me tremendously. I am no longer that irrational thinking always angry individual. I now have a peace that Satan would like to take away but what my God gives no one can take away. I truly am amazed at what God has done for me and hope that you allow him to change you.

Fervent Heat.

The planets say” I knew this day would one day come, but I never knew it would come this soon. I am ready!! The earth say” I have been building a wall of fire underneath me for quite some time and it is brewing.. Man calls it the ring of fire. The earth says” I am tired and I am ready to blow”. The sun says” I have risen early each morning for thousands of years. I have watched mankind each day, and each day they do the same thing. They have not repented, they keep getting worse in their sins and wickedness. The sun says” I am tired of rising and giving them heat so that they can live and have their food and plants grow.” I am getting old and I am ready to fall. The moon says” you can’t leave me up here by myself. You know we all need each other because we work together. The stars say” if you all blow up and fall to the earth then we have no other choice but to join you because we definitely cannot do this by our self. Finally all the planets say ” Well, I suppose it is time, let’s do this.

 

Even the elements understand that they must work together. They have an order ordained by God, but humans refuse to follow the laws of God. Will the elements and every thing in them fall slowly over a period of time or will they fall suddenly. Who on earth will be able to withstand that heat. We can barely handle 98 degrees much less all the elements at once. Whoever says that there is no heaven or hell needs to reconsider. The earth will melt in fervent heat. That day will be the day of the Lord and his decision as to when this will take place. 2 Peter 3:10 but the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 2 Peter 3:11 seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness.

The Creator and not the creature.

We have all heard of him. The Creator, whose name is Jehovah, Elohim, Jesus, and God. Many people just say "God". Zondervan illustrated bible dictionary describes god as being a spirit, infinite, eternal and unchangeable. In his being is wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness and truth.

We do not have a clear description of how God looks but we are told that we are created in his image. The main thing to understand is that God is Holy. He is the Holy Spirit which manifest himself in his son Jesus. When we become true believers of Christ, his word says ' that we are to put off that old man. Romans 1:22 That is, that ye cast off, concerning the conversation in time past, that old man, which is corrupt through the deceivable lusts,
23, And be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
24, And put on the new man, which after God is created unto righteousness and true Holiness.
25,Wherefore cast off lying, and speak truth unto his neighbor: for we are members of one another.
26, Be angry but sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath,
27, Neither give place to the devil.
28, Let him that stole, steal no more: but let him rather labor, and work with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give unto him that needs.
29, Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouths: but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30, And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, by whom ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31, Let all bitterness, anger, wrath, crying and evil speaking be put away from you, with all maliciousness.
32, Be ye courteous one to another, and tender hearted, freely forgiving one to another, even as God for Christ's sake, freely forgave you.

We are told that God created the heavens and the earth and everything in it.
Genesis 1;26 says' Let us( God and Christ) make man in our image. In the image of God he created them male and female.
I can look around this big beautiful world and see that someone with great wisdom and an awesome love for us created the universe. This did not happen haphazardly!
Psalm 139:13-14 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that very well.

There is beauty and wisdom in everything that God has created. I have no doubt that God is mighty and powerful.

Some people look around their surroundings and see hate, wickedness, poverty, and vile and quickly ask" where is God? and why does he allow this? When we ask questions like these we refuse to see the truth which is right in front of us. Poverty, wickedness, hate and vileness are all caused by man.
Romans 1:23, For they turned the glory of incorruptible God to the similitude of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and four footed beast, and of creeping things.
25, Which turned the truth of God unto a lie and worshipped and served the creature, forsaking the creator which is blessed forever. Amen
26, For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.
27, And likewise the men left the natural use of the woman, and burned in their lust one toward another, and man with man wrought filthiness, and received in themselves such recompense of their error, as was meet.
28, For as they regarded not to acknowledge God, even so God delivered them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient,
29, Being full of all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness,  coveteousness, maliciousness, , full of envy, of murder, of debate, of deceit, taking all things in the evil part, whisperers,
30, backbiters, haters of God, doers of wrong, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, such as can never be appeased, merciless.
31, which men, though they knew the law of God, how that they which commit such things are worthy of death, yet not only do the same, but also favor them that do them.

Revelations 12:9 says 'And the great dragon was thrown down , that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan. The deceiver of the whole world- he was thrown down to the earth and his angels was thrown down with him.
Luke 10:18-19 And he said unto them, I saw Satan, like lightening, fall down from heaven.  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpians and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

 Everything that is not of God is of the evil one, which is the devil. So Satan is the creature, the liar, the deceiver and the murderer. As the word says, " He deceives the whole world" just like he deceived Eve in the garden of Eden.
Genesis 3:4 surely you will not die
5, For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be like Gods knowing good and evil. Since I know good and evil there should be no excuse for my actions, because I am now God. If I am now God what kind of God am I? The creator God is mighty and has all wisdom and power. Let me not forget that he is Holy and He told us to " Be ye Holy because He is Holy". If I am now a god then why do I still die? Why don't I know my tomorrow? How can I live in the flesh and be a God. There are people right now who says that they are Gods. This is the trick of the enemy.

We are made in Gods image but we are not Gods. We now know right from wrong due to the lie which was told to Eve in the garden and this still does not make us Gods. The creature which is the devil and Satan does not love us. He never has and he never will. I have never came across any writings about Satan loving us and wanting to save us from hellfire. He knows that Hell was created for him and his angels who rebelled against God. There is no forgiveness for him because he is forever doomed. However there is forgiveness for us because of Gods love and mercy towards us. He sent his only begotten son to die for our sins. Their is no greater love than this. Satan is still a liar and he is still deceiving. If we are practicing things which are ungodly then we are not serving the creator but the creature. Some people worship cars, houses, money, gold, wood stone and animals. None of these things can save us.

I cannot find anything good written about Satan. I believe this about him though. I believe that he is a coward. He knows that Hell is created for him and the angels who sinned against God and he wants to take as many people as he can get to go to hell and suffer with him. Sad but there are people in this world who act the same way, I am not going down by myself, somebody going with me". Well no one told you to make the choice that you made. We all know right from wrong. Those who choose to do wrong are serving sin not God. We cannot be a God and be full of sin, and have no love for our fellow man. There is only one God and He is not a God of confusion.

Acts 3:14 But ye denied the Holy one and the just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you
15, and killed the prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead, whereof we are witnesses. Looks like mankind has been serving the creature since the beginning. Well, When I see all of Gods benefits I know that there is only one thing to do and that is to serve the Creator, the one who created life and everything in this world. He is not the one trying to destroy us. The bible says, " Gods mercies are renewed each morning.

I do not like Satan or anything evil, I do not want to spend my life in hell with a creature such as the devil who has no love and will never have any. The only thing Satan does is unleash his evil on mankind through other evil men who have no love or knowledge of the Almighty. I want to honor my Creator who created me and has shown me his love, wisdom, and awesome power.
