Freely give and freely you shall receive!!!!!!

I do not believe that the term  freely give means to freely give unto the pastor everything that you have. Sow a seed of $1000.00 or whatever the amount. People need to use common sense. Woman gives all her earnings to the church because she has cancer and she wants to be healed. Jesus charged no one for his miracles. When we give to the church we are giving the fruit of our harvest. We no longer have fruits and the vegetation of the field to give so we give a percentage of our income in the offering plate. Let's not take it upon ourselves and believe that because we have given to the church then we have given.  Our father in heaven means freely give to those who ask, and turn no one away. We know quite well that as humans we become judge mental in deciding who we should or should not give to. Remember this is written in the bible that if your neighbor comes to you in the night and ask for something do not turn him or her away and tell them to come back tomorrow when you have it to give. Proverbs 3:27,28

Do not withhold good from those to whom you should give it, if it is within your power to help.
Do not say to your neighbor, " Go away; come back later, I will give it to you tomorrow" if you can give it now.
There is another verse which says that you do not know if they need it or not. So basically don't worry about them trying to use you because your father in heaven will bless you and they will be heaping hot coals upon their heads. I am guilty of not giving when I should. I have been at traffic lights while someone is standing with a sign for help. I think to myself, by the time I go in my purse and get some change out the light will change and I will be holding up traffic. The proper thing to do would be to stop traffic and do what is in my heart to do but oftentimes I fail. I am not saying don't give to the pastor because the bible says, give 10% of your wages, (New Testament) but for those with million dollar houses and their own jets and the congregation is still hungry for spiritual food and physical food, I find something wrong with that. Like I have said before, everyone in that congregation should have their needs met. We live in a time where people are selfish and are only looking out for themselves. We can help those that we know if they are our friends. The bible says in Luke 14:13
But when you host a banquet invite the poor, the lame, and the blind. Basically invite those who are unable to pay you back. I would like to one day be able to do this but society has me afraid to reach out to others. I'm told people are crazy, what if they rob, steal or kill me. Can this be done in this age and time. If God said it then it can be done and it should be done. After all, isn't this what Jesus did with every last one of us. In the parable of the banquet found in Luke 14-21 a certain man was holding a banquet and sent his servant to all his friends to come but they all made excuses, so he told his servants to go out into the highways and byways and invite the lame, blind,poor and so on. Are not we those who Christ invites to the marriage supper. Let's not find excuses to not seek Jesus now. Who is perfect to enter heaven? Not one of us is perfect,  yet we put ourselves on a pedestal believing we are better than the next person, I am guilty again. God has a way of bringing us low and raising us up again. Remember King Nebuchadnezzar, his heart was lifted up and God debased him and after seven years was restored to his kingdom. We go as far as lying on someone because we do not like them, we kill without remorse, we gossip like a run away train, we dress like we had no training that a woman should be covered, but we uncover, I am guilty of this one also. I felt it was my right to dress how I wanted. Wrong. My body is not mines to do as I please. My body is a temple that the Holy Spirit should reside in. We call ourselves strong when we are being manipulated and used worse than an animal. Without our Heavenly Father we are weak. We believe that because we have a nice house or car that we have it going on, when God says, Revelation 3:17

But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor blind, and naked. I guess I should clarify this verse in revelation which is talking about the city which sits on seven hills which is Rome and the Catholic Church. She is rich and has accumulated great wealth, all kept in secret at the Vatican. I guess what I am saying is what we have here on earth can easily be taken away so while I am able to give I will give. Hoarding goods makes no sense if I die tomorrow because I cannot take it with me. The times are changing and these are evil times. We all need each other to survive. What if the government suddenly cuts everyone from receiving welfare and food stamps,What if our jobs just suddenly closed on us,What if our grocery stores just suddenly closed on us, what would we do? Go rob, steal and kill to survive. These things happen in other countries and it is predicted to happen here. The bible talks of great doom and disaster to happen on the face of the earth that has never happened since the beginning of time. I believe this is the beginning of tribulations. People don't want to hear it even though they can see that things are different. I don't know about you but, I can't sit in hell and burn and suffer. So whatever it takes to return to my first love which is Jesus Christ I will do. I forgive you 100% whomever or whatever and I'm moving on. I can either listen to the warnings and take heed or I can ignore the warnings. If you have control of life and death then you do not need to take heed but if you don't and don't know where your soul is going, then I suggest you take heed.

Romans 12:20
 If your enemies are hungry, feed them, if they are thirsty, give them something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads.
 I just googled this and I see a lot of questions as to what does heaping burning coals on someone's head means. Well simply put, if someone is an enemy to you, then more than likely they have been very evil towards you. To be evil is the same as being wicked. The meek and the righteous will inherit the earth, not the wicked. Those who are wicked will inherit hell and all that it has to offer. Doesn't the bible say that the unrighteousness will receive fire and brimstone, and will burn forever. Don't we need coal for the fire. The shame of that is, those who are in hell will be able to see those who are in heaven and great shame will be on them because they never believed. Remember the story of Lazarus and the rich man. Our father in heaven says that there is a partition which separates the righteous from those who will be in hell. Just like their is a partition which separates heaven from the earth which jehovah calls a firmament.
 Let us all know without a doubt that we all were created by God and we all must return to God. We all must stand before the judgement seat one day. We all have to give an account of everything we did here on earth whether good or bad. Matthew 25:43,44, 45
I was a stranger and you did not take me in, I was naked and you did not clothed me, I was sick and in prison and you did not visit me,
And they too will reply, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or naked, or sick, or in prison and did not help you, and Yeshua will answer, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of  the least of these you did not do for me. May The Lords' Peace, Mercy, Blessings, and Love Rest upon You.

     To connect, defy or disconnect!!!!!

The conscience is connected to our outer being which is our flesh. The subconscious is connected to our inner being which is our spirit. The subconscious knows before the conscious does. However we sometimes ignore the subconscious and go with the obvious which is our conscious. The thing is our subconscious never lies. We need to listen to our subconscious or learn to connect to it  because it will save us a lot of headaches and even our life. Personally speaking I believe God is he who gives us the insight to listen to our subconscious. It's the same as intuition. He gives us the intuition to see and know ahead of time. I believe that is why 2 friends can be somewhere and 1 friend gets the feeling to leave because it just does not feel right. They both leave and their life gets saved. Some people are hardheaded. They feel it and know it but tries to defy it and end up in a sad situation. Then their are others who have no clue.

When the children of Moab, Ammon, and the Syrians came against Jehoshaphat the king of Judah. He gathered all of Judah and prayed unto God.

O Lord God of our fathers, art not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?
Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gave it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?
And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein for thy name, saying,
If when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgement, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction then thou wilt hear and help.
And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Se'ir, whom thou wouldest not let Is'ra-el invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not;
Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.
O our God, wilt thou not judge them? For we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do; but our eyes are upon thee.
So the Holy Spirit spoke through Ja-ha'zi-el in the congregation because all Judah was gathered within the congregation.
Hearken ye, all Judah and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's

Deliverance

Oh Lord my savior, I am up against so much. The enemy has decided that I am his to do as he pleases. He lies, because he comes with a little truth and a whole lot of lies. He steals because he has robbed me of my joy, my finances, and my love and devotion to you. I know that you are true. I know that you are real. I cannot believe anything else. The same God who created them also created me. It's strange because the more trials and tribulations I go through the more it draws me closer to you. I cannot give up and quit because your son did not give up on me. Everything that is here in this earth is here because of your love for me. You don't just love me but you love all of us, if only we chose to believe and as your word say" humble ourselves, turn from our wicked ways and seek your face. Sometimes I feel that the enemy does and says things about me to in someway discredit you. Who is man that I should follow and believe in him instead of the almighty savior. Who is man that I should fear him instead of fearing my God. I don't care what color you are but we both bleed, hurt, and feel pain the same way. It's just that some people have a heart to care about others and some people don't. They have a total lack of love and understanding for others. It's crazy how as a person while being alive we feel as though nothing can happen to us. As if our day to reckon with death will escape us. Our day to reckon with the almighty  will not escape us either.  I am scared of dying so how can I kill someone else. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years. I have seen what can happen to a person. If someone told you what will happen to you 20 years from now would you change or continue with what you are doing?If a person truly love life then they have to care about others. Where does the hate come from. I cannot hold that much hate in my heart. It is not in my spirit to do to others what others has done to me. All of this is ok. It's ok not because I am afraid of anyone or anything happening to me but because my God says" vengeance  is mine. I will continue to read the word and pray daily. Some days I pray more than others. I think it has to do with my stress level. Everyone handles their battles differently. Some people quickly give up by taking themselves out. I cannot do that one. To kill myself is saying "God, I don't feel you can help me. When we do right by God he will do right by us, and when we are right with him we will be right with others. If I know that I can no longer deal with people's character I will simply leave them alone. I don't have time to argue or listen to the lies and excuses that they bring. Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob says that he is seeking a holy generation. I should seek to be holy because my God is Holy. I need my mind to be clear so I can worship God the way in which I should. This world is giving off bad vibes right now, but in order to handle everything I must meditate on my Lord. He says for us to meditate on his word. I should be singing songs of praise to him. I should be coming to him with praise and thanksgiving. The enemy wants me mad and crazy. It's like being sent to wild dogs who seek to tear me apart. However wild dogs is no match for my God. Not when he sends his angels to protect me. Not when he has his eyes on me because I am the apple of his eye. My God says that he seeks to comfort us like a hen gathers her chicks under her wings to protect them. Well I need his wings to gather me and protect me from this evil and adulterous generation. Jesus called them brood of vipers. If I am not honoring God then who am I honoring? I cannot let anyone or anything distract me from having true fellowship with my savior. Hey' whoever hates more power to you, continue on, and whoever loves more blessings to you, may God shower you with blessings after blessings. I cannot worry about who does not like me because there is much said about the wicked. I was not put here to worry. My God says " do not worry, so why should I. Now I use to worry, but now that I am having a better understanding as to the love of God towards his children I can only continue to worship more and believe more. With the trials I have been through I have a better understanding of life. There is a lesson to be learned in everything. Satan who is my strong enemy thinks he knows me, just like Job. I suppose he does not know what God put inside of me. The spirit to handle whatever comes my way. All I know is, I need to follow the one who lives forever so I can live forever with him in paradise to all eternity. To whomever  reads this please believe me, there is a hell. We can either live in hell for eternity or live in the new world with Jesus as our king, leading us for everlasting life. Some people have to see something in order to believe something. I don't know my grandmother, does that mean she did not exist. Expand Jesus in my life and my life will change.

              Drunken Stupor!!!!

The world is in a drunken stupor. We go about our day to day in a brain washed state, not seeing reality for what it truly is. So many lies being said. The lies are now facts and the facts  are now lies. Many are waking up but so many are still asleep. You claim you care but the only thing I see you doing is feeding me your poisons. The air I breathe, the food I eat and the water I drink are all poisons. Nothing seems safe. If it's safe today it will not be tomorrow. I feel like I'm eating Frankenstein food. It has no flavor. Everything must be labeled. I never thought I would see the day when everything needs to be questioned. Back in the day I would go to the grocery store and just purchase something if I liked it. Now I must read the labels to everything to make sure it's not hazardous to my health.
  I am quite sure that the foods that our ancestors ate was free from all of these poisons. Although Jehovah cursed the ground our ancestors did not need fertilizer. I'm sitting here reading about Solomon and the food set before him and I can just imagine the smells and flavor of the different foods presented at the Kings table. We have electronics and different gadgets to keep us occupied but I believe that this is the dumbest generation on the planet. How Can a generation who does not believe in the almighty survive. We get mad at other countries for chopping people's heads off and we are grossed out by it but we willingly run to an abortion clinic and kill our own unborn child. No sin is greater that the next because sin is sin. We have all the answers but still and yet we have no answer. I call this the dumbest generation because we cherish money over  life. Samuel 23:3,4...The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God. And he shall be as the light of the morning when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds, as the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after the rain.
  I have heard some people say they are descendants of King David . Well the bible says that Jesus is also a descendant of King David. If these people with their false claims were true descendants of our Lord and Savior or they would do the will of his father. The Ten Commandments would be followed. Rulers would not toss is commandments to the side as if it's trash but give the world your vulgar , deceitful laws as if it's right. This is why the world is in a stupor. The laws we should be protecting is the one they are trying shamelessly to do without. Do as thou will and you will find yourself in hell. Remember Sodom and Gomorrah received fire and brimstone from heaven. The bible is true, God is real and life should be precious. However don't be surprised when you find out that there really is a hell, and God is real. We have no excuse. Don't let the laws fool you run back to the commandments of God and save your soul.

My Fellow Man!!!!

My fellow man!!!!!!

So I know the word, should I spread the word or just follow the word. Do I just keep what I know to myself?  If I call myself a Christian what should I be doing as a follower of Christ? Does my life change or I just go through life changes? So many questions.  Well, I just read Matthew 25 chapter and it seems that there are things I should be doing. In this chapter Jesus compares Heaven by giving us analogies. Basically letting us know that heaven is a place you do not want to let slip by because you will be one sorry individual if you do. First analogy describes the 10 virgins. 5 had oil in there lamp which means that they were prepared for the coming of the bridegroom. Since we know not what hour Jesus is coming we should always be prepared. We do not want to be like the other 5 virgins who's oil ran out and they missed the bridegroom's coming. No amount of pounding on the door could let them in. 

  It is interesting that when Jesus met his disciples and said follow me they immediately dropped what they were doing. They asked no questions and started to follow him. It's the same as knowing the word. Once we have learned truth there should be no hindrance on our part. To find Jesus is like finding the most beautiful and expensive diamond in the world. We cannot let it go. We cannot let him go. We cannot fall asleep on him because we will miss living with him for eternity. 

  So back to these questions, should I spread the word or just follow the word. Since the bible says that a woman should be quiet in the church I am quiet but I write this blog in hopes of changing lives. We all have questions. The only answer that I see is to seek Jesus Christ. God almighty says that we are to seek him while he still may be found. We are to seek him while we are young so that when we get old his word will not depart from us. What should I be doing if I am a follower of Christ? Well in Jesus time there were women who hung with his disciples and they also taught the word and were able to bring others to Christ.   

   I am not a pastor nor minister but I read the word often. As I look around this world and see the changes taking place I feel the need to let people know from my own experience that Jehovah is real. Jesus is coming back. We must be on guard because the antichrist is working endlessly trying to deceive many. Our only hope is to put our faith and trust in the almighty so that we are not deceived. So many people are dying, destruction seems to be all around us. There are Countries wanting to destroy other countries. This is not the time to sit back and take it easy. We need to fight the fight of faith. We need to be consistent in our walk because as Luke 9:62 says" No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back is fit for the kingdom of God. Meaning, we cannot start out following Jesus and then go back to our old ways by missing the things we use to do. Following Christ is an everlasting process. 

  Matthew 13:18- 23 The parable of the sower......when anyone heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. But he that received the seed into stony ground, the same is he that heareth the word, and along with joy receive it; yet hath he not root in himself, but endures for a while: for when tribulation or persecution arise because of the word, by and by he is offended. He also that receive seed among the thorns is he that hears the word; and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of Riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; which also bears fruit, and bringeth forth, some and hundredfold, some sixty,some thirty. 

  So let us bear fruit worthy of saving lives. 

The new roots!!!!!

The new roots!!!!!

So I have heard there is a new roots movie. Sorry to say I have only seen bits of the old. So I have never really seen it. 

  The old roots came out when I was in grade school. I remember my classmates talking about it but my mother refused to watch it, so I never got a chance to see it. 

  I also grew up in Jamaica and my experience of what I learned in school while being in Jamaica was totally different from what I learned in the United States. As a child I remember that we prayed and sang the Jamaican anthem each morning. At lunch since some students went home for lunch we also prayed and we prayed before school let out in the evening. Jamaica honors Marcus Garvey just as America honors Martin Luther King.  While living and going to school in Jamaica we as children were taught to be proud of our country and who we were as a people. 

  Coming to America and going to school here, was a totally different experience.  The first school I went to was predominantly black teachers and students.  It was ok. I learned the basics, reading, writing and arithmetic. After my first year that school was closed for good. I now had to be bussed across town to a new school. At the new school I learned about Eric the red, Christopher Columbus and slavery. It was taught in such a way that it made me angry. In my mind,  my descendants were never slaves. After the slave routine here comes the evolution story. We descended from apes and there was always a picture of a black gorilla being used to say this is where we came from. Somehow that made me have  a dislike for my teacher.  That experience was actually my first indoctrination to racism at its finest. ( Let me get you while you are young because I don't care who you think you are) . It's like a brainwash experience. Whites sailed and ventured the world but you came from slavery. You were beaten, raped, murdered, sold, stolen and as of right now you are still a slave because others and whites will not ever see you as anything else because we will never let you forget. 

  I am glad I never saw roots. I don't need roots to teach me who I am or who my ancestors were. The Egyptian tombs, mummy's, pyramids and hieroglyphics are enough. If those are not enough, the story of the moors conquering Spain, the black kings and queens which ruled Africa and traded with the Arabs also gives me a good insight to my ancestors. 

  These kinds of movies teach hatred.  They sow self hatred and hatred towards those who enslaved blacks. 

  To anyone who believes that blacks can only be slaves and negroes let me just say this. After reading the book of Deuteronomy I have come to this understanding, ( an understanding I have never heard a minister talk about. As if to say we can't touch that subject. The people are blind and they must stay blind. ) God laid down his laws and guidelines for the Israelites. He gave them blessings and curses. Those curses only happened to those people who were shipped throughout the ends of the earth to a people strong and greater that them. Far from their homeland. You will long to see it but you will not return.  You will watch your children sold In front of you. You will have chains around your neck and chains around your feet. So yes blacks are cursed, not for the color of their skin or their kinky hair but for being disobedient to the most high God. It is very sad when a person does not know his heritage yet the bible tells us who we are. We seem to be the only people who don't believe or see it. We are so busy doing wrong and trying to fit in where we do not belong. The only reason we do not belong is because we belong to God. We are his but we act as though we do not care.  Come out from among them, separate yourselves. God's people are suppose to be holy. Once we return to the most high , not with lip service but by hearkening to his voice . 2 Chronicles 7:14  If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then I will hear from heaven , and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Deuteronomy 28:68. Gives all indication that slavery from Africa to the Americas and the Caribbean are the original Israelites. 

  So I write this to say. I am not a slave  nor will I be any ones slave in the future. I will not take part of this systemic system to continually enslave and lie to me be it mentally or physically. I serve a God who says that we are his sons and daughters. My father is a great King and he rules this world and everything in it. One day all wickedness will end. PEACE
