So I have been listening to a couple of people complain about their relationship with their mates. Here are two people with the same  concern. Their man provides and pay bills but he is not passionate enough. They wished he cared more, or gave them more attention. As I listened to someone else give them advice I had a little grin on my face  to what they were talking about. Not that I was laughing at the situation but because I now know that to every problem and situation in life I now have an answer. It took me years to realize that I needed to take all of my problems to God. I actually thought that I could solve them myself. These two people I know personally and If I told them to pray about it they would both say " yea ok," but they would not listen to me. What I have come to understand is that if two people in a relationship decided to pray together they will see a change in their relationship. A change for the better. God knows our thoughts, he reads our minds, he knows our likes and dislikes. He knows each and every one of us better than we know ourselves. He also knows what is best for us. The Lord says for us to bring all of our cares to him. He gave us relationships, he gave us family, he gave us love, he gave us sex, people have sex, plants have sex, animals have sex. He gave us life, he gave us everything. Why is it so difficult to go to God with all our problems when he created all the things we are having a problem with. So if I am having a problem in any area of my life I am taking it to him. Now what I know is that he also told us to not fornicate since it is a sin. So if someone is having a problem in a relationship in which they are not married well, maybe they need to fix the bigger issues first. We need to ask ourselves why are we in this relationship in the first place. Is it to eventually get married or is it just another boyfriend girlfriend thing.  If it is another boyfriend and girlfriend thing then as time goes on the relationship goes south and we move on to the next. Personally I am tired of the same repetitive thing that leads to nowhere. I want marriage, after all it is Gods gift to us. 

  God gave Eve to Adam and even though Eve sinned first he did not destroy the relationship, he sent them both out of the garden of Eden. The bible says that God hates divorce and we ourselves should be doing what ever possible to save our marriage if we have one. Jesus first miracle was turning water into wine at a wedding. I guess all I'm trying to say is if a person is living in sin don't ask God to bless your sin. It won't happen, but when we start to line ourselves up with God and ask him to come into our hearts, home, relationships and what ever situation we are having he will fix whatever is broken. After all he created all things because he is the Author and finisher of all things.

There is no rapture before the tribulation!!!!

There is no rapture before the tribulation. 

  Revelation 1:7 Behold he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they Also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so,  Amen.

  I have heard the saying "The Rapture". I have spoken to people who believe that when shit hits the fan and the tribulation starts, they will be raptured up to heaven. The left behind series gives the idea that people will be on earth while others are taken up to heaven with Jesus Christ. If that is true then it would mean that the people left on earth are given a second chance to do it right. I watched the movie revelation road. This movie gives the same account that those left on earth will also be given a second chance. 

   I have never read anywhere in the bible that people will be living on the earth while the saints live with Christ for a thousand years. I at one time studied with jehovah witness and they also give that same interpretation. Those who are not with Christ for his thousand year rule will live on earth without the interruption of Satan, since he will be locked up. They will be given a second chance. I find that very hard to believe based on scripture. For someone who has not been reading they may find themselves being misled. As I have said before I am not a scholar. I am just someone who reads often and hopes that others find their way to the truth, God's truth. 

Matthew 24:40 &42 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 

Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. I suppose these two statements have some people believing that they will be given a second chance to get it right. I think not.  From reading the bible for myself this is not the understanding that I have received. Matthew 24:27 For as lightening cometh out of the east, and shines even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Verse 29-31 states, immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. If you pay attention closely it says in Matthew 29, immediately after the tribulation the coming of Jesus Christ. 

  John 15:13 states, greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. In the book of Genesis 22:1-2 God tested Abrahams faith. Then he said, take your son your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you. 

The most high God offered his one and only son Jesus Christ as a sacrifice. Isaiah 53:7 states " he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep is silent before the shearers he did not open his mouth. In the book of Revelation while John was on the island of Patmos in his vision he states" Revelation 20 :4 and I saw the souls of those that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. Who do we love the most? Do we love Christ or do we love the world and the things of this world. We must understand that to be a follower of Christ does not give us a get out of tribulation free card. If we pay attention we would see that Satan comes to earth to make war against the saints. Jesus disciples all suffered for believing in him. We must also be ready to do the same. After all didn't Jesus die for us.

   If someone took the time and googled guillotines they would see that the U.S has ordered over 30 thousand guillotines on its soil. This is not the time to not believe in Jesus Christ because the end is very near. Yesterday my cousin sent me a video about a cashless society and everyone being made to take the chip by the year 2017. 

  Nothing is a guarantee in this life except death. So instead of worrying about death let us make sure that we know where we are going when that time comes. It will not be easy however Jesus told us  in revelation 2:5 Fear none of those things which thou shall suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. Matthew 10:19 but when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. No one wants to go through trials and tribulation but jesus does not come before the tribulation he comes after. The only opportunity given to us to find Christ is the life we are in right now. but they shall be priest of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 

 

  While the saints live with Christ for 1000 years the earth will rest from all the evil that has been committed on it. I can no longer find that statement in the bible not even the King James Bible. I However going back over in revelations 19:20 and the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Verse 21 and the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh. Revelation 20 and I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the devil, and Satan and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up and set a seal upon him that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. From my understanding the season that Satan is loosed is when he goes to prepare his army in the battle of Armageddon. Revelation 20:7 states and when the thousand years are expired, Satan be loosed from his prison, and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle; the number of them is as the sand of the sea. Revelation  20:12 states and I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13, and the sea gave up the dead which were in it and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 and death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. If we want to be certain about things then we must read 2 Timothy 2:15 read to show thyself approved.

Lupercalia, or Happy Valentines !!!!!

Lupercalia is  a celebration  or festival in honor of the roman God of fertility. This celebration started in Rome. It took place on February   15 and went on for 3 days. Lupercalia derives its name from lupercus the God of shepherds.  In ancient Rome this festival was first done to help with cultivation and harvest. It later was used to rid the empire of evil spirits, purifying the city and to release health and Fertility. The celebration consisted of the priest sacrificing a goat and a dog whose blood the people dipped their whips in and marched around the city. After dipping the whips in the blood of the sacrificed animals the whips were used to strike the women across the buttocks as they paraded half naked along the street.  On the eve of the festival young girls names were written on a small piece of paper and put in jars and the young boys would pick a name. After picking the name they were allowed to be together  for the remainder of the festival sometimes up to a year. This would often lead to marriage. Salt meal cakes were served by the vestal virgins. Vestal virgins were priestesses of vesta, the goddess of the hearth. 

By the 5th century the honoring of Lupercalia or pagan festivities were outlawed but the Roman Christians still hung to Lupercalia. Some modern researchers claim the modern custom of saint valentines day originate from Lupercalia. 

We are all born into different cultures with different ideas and belief systems. We find ourselves going along without questioning anything. There is no way we can live in this world and not notice the many wrongs which goes on continually, and as we build our faith in God he opens our heart and mind to come to the truth. 

Saint valentines was a real person. He was a temple priest who was jailed for defying the ruler at that time who was Claudius 11. He would marry Christian couples and he also helped christians who were being persecuted. Since it was against the law to aid Christians he was jailed and later beheaded for trying to convert the emperor or ruler Claudius 11 to becoming a Christian. Now the world celebrate Valentine's with no questions asked. Once again we just do what others around us has always done not realizing this is just another act of corporations raking in the money while we foolishly spend it. I do not need a day set aside as a reminder to tell my loved ones that I love them. That should be done regardless. A man should not go out of his way to try and please me on Valentine's Day, that should be done continually on his behalf without worldly reminders. I cannot do what everyone else do I can only do what my heart tells me to do.. We get trapped in these customs and belief system which has nothing to do with God almighty only to find out that we are adhering to something that honors other Gods instead of the Most High God. So let's question everything and adhere only to the things which are pleasing to our savior. John 8:32 Seek ye the truth and the truth shall set you free. 

Speechless Soul!!!

I'm that soul that has no speech, lost in the deep, searching for the one who redeems,. The one who is the giver of everything. Everyone knows about him but not everyone believes in him. So many souls searching for truth when truth is staring you right in the face. As one man ask" what is truth, another man says there is no truth.Truth comes from knowing him, the giver of all things. I can't take away the praises due to him because he is the one who gave me life. I cannot pretend that he does not exist because without him, I would cease to  exist. They say knowledge is power but yet many people act as though they don't know. I cannot be blind to him because He is everywhere, He is everything. I see him in the mountains, I see him in the sea, I see him in my children I see him in me. If he did not exist there would only be darkness, actually that is a lie. If he did not exist there would be nothingness, and who has seen nothingness. I cannot give glory to another because he is too mighty and magnificent for me to ignore. Don't you see him in everything? I do, I see God in you as well as in me. 

Corinthians1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men....

Refusing to believe in Christ but believes in satan!!!!

Is there life? As long as there is life there is death. Is there good? Then I suppose as long as there is good there is evil. Is it possible to have one without the other? Yes it is, but not in this world. We must remember that back in Genesis before Adam and Eve disobeyed God that was how things were. Some people want to credit satan with giving us the light to see; to see what? They call him the light bearer. In the beginning before we were created he was the light bearer, however jealousy and envy changed all of that. How can one be greater that the one who made or created you. In his mind, he will be like the most high, he will ascend above Gods throne. What God was he talking about. So God gives us free will to do as we please. Why would I give thanks to the created being, the one who is created just like me. Satan certainly is not the creator. I prefer Gods plan much better. To worship satan instead of God would be like listening to my dumb friends from school about life instead of my parents who wants the best for me. 

  I only wish that people would examine this situation. Satan is a liar and a deceiver. He tells some truth and gives lies also. The bible says that he is the father of all lies. So if someone likes to lie, and likes being lied to, then I understand why they may find him to be ok. To those who are seeking truth, balance and harmony in their life then I believe that choosing Christ would be the wiser choice. Jesus said " I come that you may have life and have it more abundantly. 

  As surely as there is a God there is a devil, as surely as there is heaven, there is hell, as surely as there is life there is death, as surely as there is wrong there is right, as surely as there is north there is south, as surely as there is black there is white and everything else in between. 

  Yes God gave us free will, but not free will to sin and do as we please, because in every decision that we make there are consequences. My reason for being alive is not because of satan. So why would I honor him. He is definitely not the reason this world was created. Satan did not sacrifice his son for me to have eternal life with God, The only thing that I see satan doing is wreaking havoc in my life and the life of many others. I have never heard any stories of satan performing any miracles. I have not heard of him healing anyone, I was told however that he goes up and down the earth seeking who he may devour. Since he once lived in heaven then he knows all about heaven. Maybe that is why he tries to hinder us from getting there, because he can no longer ascend there. The opening to heaven has been totally closed shut to him and the Angels who rebelled with him. Jude 1:6 And the Angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness 

unto the judgement of the great day.

  Win or loose, I like to be on the winning side. I don't see my God loosing so I intend to be on the winning side. Jesus went to the cross but not because he lost. He went to the cross because of our sins and to redeem us back to the father. Jesus said" John 10:18 No man taketh my life from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have the power to lay it down and to take it up again. This commandment I received of my father. So Jesus is the first resurrection. 1 Corinthians 15:20-23 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits;  after-ward they that are Christ's at his coming.
